  • Institution Administrators: Data is shared with the authorized administrators and faculty of your respective educational institution.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party cloud services (such as AWS DynamoDB, S3, and Rekognition) for data hosting and processing. These services are bound by strict confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, JWT authentication, and isolated tenant environments, to protect your data. Biometric vector embeddings and photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud environments. We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by your institution.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Institutional administrators hold the primary authority to manage or delete student records within their tenant space.
